Jacklyn Dawson welcomes Matthew Price

Matthew Price will be based in the Monmouth office. He takes over from highly respected partner, Timothy Russen, who has become the new High Sheriff of Gwent. Tim, who was with Jacklyn Dawson for over 40 years will retain his close links with the firm.

Matthew began his career at Hugh James Solicitors in Cardiff, before several years at Gabb & Co. in Abergavenny and more recently a Managing Associate at international law firm, Ince.  He specialises in commercial property, residential conveyancing and the sale and purchase of small businesses and licensed premises. His client base includes SMEs, developers, charities and high net worth individuals. He has significant experience of advising SIPP businesses, companies that are refinancing and private developers in site acquisitions and disposals. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Association and Agricultural Law Association. His appointment is effective 20th April.
