Kate joined Jacklyn Dawson in April 2022. Kate advises on a number of non-contentious Private Client Matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate. Kate is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. STEP is a worldwide recognised organisation, and this is a qualification that few hold. In addition, Kate has obtained an Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation of which only few a few Solicitors in the County hold. Kate feels Will writing is too often considered a task that many can complete, when in fact, it is more than ever, a task in which legal advice should be sort. Kate also has experience dealing with property matters.
